How it Works

At Re-Vaahan, we’re committed to making your End-of-Life Vehicle (ELV) recycling journey simple and stress-free.
Backed by a trusted system and strong infrastructure, we ensure you don’t have to deal with any complicated processes.

1

Vehicle Collection & Depollution

Once the vehicle arrives at our facility, we begin with depollution — safely draining all fluids (fuel, AC gas, lubricants) and removing hazardous materials using GNGLP burners. Major components like the engine, gearbox, and silencer are also extracted.

2

Systematic Dismantling

The vehicle is dismantled in phases. Exterior panels, doors, bumpers, suspensions, and interior elements like seats, dashboard, wiring, and steering are carefully removed. Hazardous parts are isolated and handled responsibly.

3

Engine Bay Processing & Documentation

Smaller engine parts are dismantled, and essential identification numbers (like cut numbers) are recorded for regulatory compliance and traceability.

4

Material Sorting & Recycling

All dismantled materials are barcoded, categorized, and stored. The body shell is sent for baling and cutting. Recyclable materials are processed at our in-house recycling units.

5

Certification & Closure

After completion, we issue an official Certificate of Vehicle Scrapping (CVS) to the customer, confirming lawful disposal and enabling deregistration benefits.
